Ageratum Mexicanum Mix

Ageratum (Ageratum Mexicanum Mix) - This is a beautiful combination of pink, blue and pure white that blend nicely together. Plants are easily established by sowing Ageratum flower seed indoors and transplanting after danger of frost. Ageratum Mexicanum is earlier and flowers longer than other Ageratum, and it is known for its uniform, compact habit and the longevity of its fuzzy flowers. It is heat tolerant and ideal for edging, borders and planting in containers.

Vigorous and easy to grow, Ageratum flower seeds perform best in sites with full sun and average soil. Where summers are hot, plants may flower best in part sun locations and full sun in cooler climates. Ageratum are best enjoyed in containers or mixed borders with other brightly colored, sun-loving ornamentals. Deadhead if you do not desire the Ageratum flower seed to spread. It is a liberal self-sower.
