Combat Extreme™ Cold Climate grass seed establishes rapidly when soil temperatures are above 55 degrees Fahrenheit. These three varieties of turf type fescue grass were selected due to their ability to withstand hot summer temperatures as well as cold and harsh winters in the northern portion of the U.S. (USDA Zones 4 - 5). Combat Extreme™ Cold Climate grass seed has improved germination which allows it to establish quicker than other varieties and its lower growth habit significantly reduces the amount of top growth. It does extremely well in full sun or partial shade in USDA Zones 4 - 5.

Garland Grass Seed Mix

Sun and shade Garland grass seed mixture is a combination of 70% Perennial Ryegrass combined with drought and shade tolerant Fine Fescue which is 30% of the blend.
