An early, superior variety for home garden; very sure-heading with large, firm, pure white heads of delicate flavor. Low in fat content and a good source of vitamins A and C. Cool weather crop. This packet will plant approximately a 100 foot row.

PLANTING INSTRUCTIONS:
Sow outdoors by placing 2 seeds together every 2 feet in row. Thin to one plant every 2 feet when plants are 1 inch tall. Note: When heads are 2-3 inches across, blanch by tying outer leaves over the heads. Harvest in about 2 weeks.

Cauliflower needs plenty of water and fertilizer. A good producer again when planted in summer for fall harvest just before first frost.
