Siberian wallflower has vibrant orange flowers on plants that grow to 18 inches high. Prefers full sun. Can be started indoors in March to bloom the first summer or later outdoors in May to bloom the second year. Plant seeds 1/8" deep in a light, sterile medium. Wonderful scented flowers that attract bees. One of the most brilliant orange flowers of all wildflowers. Siberian wallflower is a short species with phlox-shaped flowers. It can color an entire meadow. It is not as hardy as "Siberian" implies, but when established it can be a great permanent addition to any wild flower meadow.
