We understand many of our customers are novices at planting seed; therefore, if you are having problems with seed germination, please let us know so we can assist you. If you have planted correctly and you do not get sufficient germination, we will happily refund your order or replace the seed. We will work with you to ensure the next planting is successful. Please understand that we cannot accept responsibility for the results of extreme weather, neglect, unforeseeable acts of nature, or ignoring our hardiness zone recommendations. Proper planting guidelines need to be followed and your honesty appreciated. Together, we can make your purchase an enjoyable experience.
Seed Warranty - Outsidepride.com, Inc. warrants that seed sold is of high quality, that seeds are as described on the container within recognized tolerances in the trade, that seeds have been described as required under State and Federal Seed Laws, and that seeds have been tested by a Registered Seed Technologist. This is the sole warranty; we make no other, express or implied. We cannot guarantee establishment of seed due to various factors over which we have no control. Many seeds are very tiny and a hard rainfall, planting too deep, soil pH, not keeping the seed moist, cold temperatures, and other environmental factors may hinder success. This is why we DO NOT guarantee the germination of seed. Liability (ie. wrong seed was sent), whether contractual, for negligence or otherwise, is limited in all respects to the amount of the purchase price of the seeds, regardless of the nature, cause or extent of the loss. It is expressly agreed that this limited remedy is exclusive and that we shall not be liable for any damages over and above the purchase price of this product. And as a condition to any liability on our part, we must receive notice by registered mail of any claim.
Shake-Away Warranty - If you don't experience noticeable improvements after using Shake-Away Powdered Predator Urine as directed, simply return the unused portion or empty bottle within 30 days with proof of purchase for a full refund.

Note: Shipping costs and sales tax are non-refundable. Maximum refund is $16.95 for Bottle; $19.95 for Packs. Refund applies to only initial use of one bottle or powder pack. Additional product use will not be refunded.
Other Products/Returns - If you are unsatisfied with your product, you may return the unused product within 30 days from the date of purchase for a refund on the purchase price of the product less a 15% return fee as long as the product is returned in it's original package and has NOT been removed or assembled for use. No shipping charges will be refunded even on free shipping items. The cost of shipping the freight to you will be deducted from your refund. If you decide you do not want an order after it has already been shipped out and you refuse the order without asking permission you will be charged the 15% restocking fee and your shipping charges will NOT be refunded. Seed returns must be in the original bag/package and be unopened. Any discrepancies, damages, or uncleanliness could result in a delay or partial forfeiture of your credit. We cannot accept any returned electrical merchandise including mowers. All transportation charges on products submitted for replacement or refund under this warranty must be borne by the purchaser. No shipping charges will be refunded. There are no other expressed warranties.
To return your product follow the procedures below:
- 1. Save the box, invoice and packaging materials
- 2. Email support@outsidepride.com to request an RMA number.
- 3. All returns must be in the original box, include the invoice and have an RMA number issued and posted on the return label (not written on box). We will notify you of the return address when we give you the RMA number.

If particular seed varieties do not conform to our high standards for purity and germination, they will be substituted for a variety of equal or better performance. Seed varieties are also not always available so they may be substituted for a different variety if necessary.
