Seed Warranty - Outsidepride.com, Inc. warrants that seed sold is of high quality, that seeds are as described on the container within recognized tolerances in the trade, that seeds have been described as required under State and Federal Seed Laws, and that seeds have been tested by a Registered Seed Technologist. This is the sole warranty; we make no other, express or implied. We cannot guarantee establishment of seed due to various factors over which we have no control. Liability, whether contractual, for negligence or otherwise, is limited in all respects to the amount of the purchase price of the seeds, regardless of the nature, cause or extent of the loss. It is expressly agreed that this limited remedy is exclusive and that we shall not be liable for any damages over and above the purchase price of this product. And as a condition to any liability on our part, we must receive notice by registered mail of any claim.

McLane Warranty - For two years from purchase (60 days for commercial use) McLane Manufacturing Inc., will replace for the original purchaser, free of charge, any part or parts, found upon examination by any factory authorized service center, or by the factory in Paramount, California, to be defective in material or workmanship or both. All transportation charges on parts submitted for replacement under this warranty must be borne by purchaser. There are no other expressed warranties. Implied warranties, including those of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to two years from purchase and to the extent permitted by law. Any and all implied warranties are excluded. This is the exclusive remedy and liability for consequential damages. Any and all warranties are excluded to the extent exclusion is permitted by law. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, and so m states do not allow the exclusion limitations of consequential damages, so the above limitation and exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state. It is your responsibility to follow the maintenance instructions described in the owner's manual. Routine service (cleaning, blade sharpening) is your responsibility.

Earthway Warranty - EARTHWAY guarantees this product to be free of defects in original workmanship and materials for a period of 90-days from sale to the original user. If any defect develops during this period EARTHWAY will repair or replace this product at no charge provided the defect is not the result of mishandling or tampering and that this product is received at the factory with shipping charges prepaid. For quicker service you may call EARTHWAY at 574-848-7491 or write and describe the nature of the defect and we will send repair parts to you. Due to the corrosive nature of most fertilizers and ice melters, EARTHWAY PRODUCTS, INC. makes no warranty or guarantee against corrosion failure on models with plated steel or painted steel frames. Clean your spreader well after each use. Warranty covers parts only, not any labor charges.

Shake-Away Warranty - If you don't experience noticeable improvements after using Shake-Away Powdered Predator Urine as directed, simply return the unused portion or empty bottle within 30 days with proof of purchase for a full refund.

Gilmour Warranty - A Gilmour® product will provide complete satisfaction for the life of the product or it will be replaced free of charge (Industrial and Commercial uses are excluded.) Look for the seal on most Gilmour products.

Lawn Stryper Warranty - S&B Lawn Systems, Inc. shall repair any LAWN STRYPER ™ attachment, when used for residential use*, if defective in materials or if it ceases to function due to a failure of its components. S&B Lawn Systems, Inc. will repair or replace, at its sole discretion, a defective LAWN STRYPER ™ unit. Owner is responsible for shipping costs. The following time periods, for warranty, apply from date of purchase:

Other Products/Returns - If you are unsatisfied with your product, you may return the unused product within 30 days from the date of purchase for a refund on the purchase price of the product less a 15% return fee as long as the product is returned in it's original package and has NOT been removed or assembled for use. No shipping charges will be refunded even on free shipping items. The cost of shipping the freight to you will be deducted from your refund. If you decide you do not want an order after it has already been shipped out and you refuse the order without asking permission you will be charged the 15% restocking fee and your shipping charges will NOT be refunded. Seed returns must be in the original bag/package and be unopened. Any discrepancies, damages, or uncleanliness could result in a delay or partial forfeiture of your credit. We cannot accept any returned electrical merchandise including mowers. All transportation charges on products submitted for replacement or refund under this warranty must be borne by the purchaser. No shipping charges will be refunded. There are no other expressed warranties.

To return your product follow the procedures below:

• 1. Save the box, invoice and packaging materials
• 2. Email support@outsidepride.com to request an RMA number.
• 3. All returns must be in the original box, include the invoice and have an RMA number issued and posted on the return label (not written on box). We will notify you of the return address when we give you the RMA number.
