Baby Blue Eyes (Nemophila Menziesii) - Baby blue eyes flower is a common annual plant of California, Oregon, and Baja California although it can be planted as an annual flower in USDA zones 3 - 9. It is a spring-blooming wildflower that gets its name from the bright blue flowers of two of the three varieties that are recognized. It is also cultivated in gardens and flowerbeds and used in mass plantings for a low growing ground cover.
