Bellflower Clips flower seed are low-growing, rhizomatous flowers which make good general use ground covers for edging, rock gardens or as a container planting and its deep green foliage is an ideal backdrop for these gorgeous sky blue flowers. Does not tolerate foot traffic. Leaves are oval to triangular, 2 inches long by 1/2 inch wide, light green, and excellent for highlighting darker-foliaged plants. To facilitate addional blooming the flowers need to be deadheaded.
Bellflower flower seed requires light to germinate, so don't cover with soil. Instead, lightly press the seeds into the soil to ensure good contact and keep moist until germination. If starting indoors, use a seed-starting mix and bottom water so mold won't form on the mix.
