Speedwell prefers evenly moist soil with good winter drainage. If you are seeking more plants, you can divide it every 3 year or so. To keep tidy plants, shear back by 1/2 after flowering. Plants may be trimmed back by 1/2 after flowering to reduce the sprawling mature foliage into compact mounds and to encourage a possible late summer to fall rebloom.
