Speedwell (Veronica teucrium Royal Blue) - A carefree, mound-forming Veronica. Long spikes of starry-shaped, rich gentian blue flowers are produced over refined, upright foliage. Habit is showy and full. Grows best in full sun, but will tolerate partial shade.
