Cosmos (Cosmos Bipinnatus Sensation Dazzler) - Cosmos Dazzler is an amazing addition to any flower garden with its bold carmine blooms! It will establish easily from flower seeds in early spring and continue blooming through summer and until the first heavy frost. It is an annual that blooms profusely and has attractive feathery-like leaves. It is drought tolerant and requires very little maintenance making them perfect for the busy or weekend gardener. Originally from Mexico, they are also called Mexican Asters.
Cosmos Mexican Aster flowers are excellent for cutting. Cut the blooms just as the petals are beginning to unfold, and they will finish opening in the vase. The blooms will easily last 7 - 10 days in a vase.
