For optimal results, sow 2-3 pounds per 1,000 square feet (80-120 lbs per acre). Plant seeds at a depth of 1/8 to 1/4 inch and water immediately to moisten the top 1-2 inches of soil. Once established, mow the grass to a height of 2-3 inches when it reaches 3-4 inches. This blend provides durable, thick turf, ideal for playgrounds and sports fields, maintaining a vibrant and resilient lawn throughout the year.
